Sleep Meditation for Menopause · Cooling Night
Menopause can turn the night into the hardest part of the day. Hot flashes and night sweats break your sleep just as you finally drift off, and the harder you chase sleep, the further away it goes.
This is a slow, voice-guided cooling body scan. Theo guides you through an easy breathing rhythm, then moves gently from the top of your head down to your feet, letting a wave of cool, calm relief settle into each part of the body and letting the day’s heat drain away.
There is no music. Just a calm voice over a soft cooling-night visual, followed by thirty minutes of silence so nothing wakes you.
